Preservation: Fridge( 3º/5ºdegrees ) for 3 to 4 days.
Ingredients: Percebes (gooseneck barnacle), water and salt
Cooking:
Boil water enough to cover up percebes in a pot, season with salt (like seawater taste, 80 grs /litre).As it boils we drop percebes into boiling water, putting them off as they start to boil again. Place onto a serving dish covering them with a cloth to keep them warm
Ready to taste!
